Ingredients:
12 OZ light tuna in water, drained
6 OZ stove top stuffing mix for chicken
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup carrots, shredded
1/3 cup mayo
2 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
3/4 cup water
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in medium bowl.
2. Cover and refrigerate 10 mins.
3. Heat a large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Scoop tuna mixture, using about 1/3 cup for each cake (ice cream scoop works well) into skillet.
4. Evenly flatten cakes using a spatula.
5. Cook 3 mins on each side or until golden brown, turning carefully.
