Ingredients:
1 tablespoon canola oil
2  chopped scallions
2  garlic, minced
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tsp minced ginger
2 cups cubed skinless white turkey meat
2 cups broccoli florets
1/2 cup halved snow peas
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
Directions:
Stir together canola oil, scallions, garlic, red pepper flakes, and minced ginger in a medium bowl. Add turkey and stir to coat; set aside for 10 minutes. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add turkey mixture and cook 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add broccoli, snow peas, toasted sesame oil, and soy sauce. Cook 2-3 minutes more, stirring constantly. Serve hot.
