35 pounds Live crawfish 8 liter Orange soda 3 each Yellow onion 2 each Celery 4 stick Butter 8 each Garlic 1 large Cajun Salt 4 tablespoons Salt 2 tablespoons Sugar 1 dash MSG 1 Potato 8 each Corn 6 Di ut sausages 1 large Italian dressing |

| Chop all celery, 2 bulbs of garlic and 2 onion Blend with 4 bottles of orange soda Pour in cooking pot Add 2 cups of Cajun salt Add 2 table spoons of salt Add 1 stick of butter Add 1/2 bottle of Italian dressing Add water if needed Bring to boil Add potato, sausages, and corn Crawfish Don't over fill the pot Make sure all crawfish submerge Turn off fire when boiled Leave in 2 minutes Sauce 1/2 bottle Italian dressing Dice 6 bulbs of galic Dice 1 onion Add 3 sticks of butter 1/2 cup of Cajun salt 2 table spoons of sugar 1 pinch of MSG Add water if needed |
