40 OZ canned sweet potatoes(one 40oz can= 1C) 1 C sugar 1 stick soft butter 1 tablespoon vanilla 2 eggs - beaten 1 C light brown sugar 1/3 C flour 1/3 C soft butter 1 C pecans -- finely chopped |

| MIX and put in greased pan: 1 40oz can sweet potatoes (drain) 1 C sugar 1 stick butter 2 eggs beaten MIX and crumble on top of casserole: 1 C light brown sugar 1 C finely chopped pecans 1/3 C flour 1/3 C soft butter Bake at 350 for 1 hour |
