1 each big or 2 small size Genuine California avocado(s) 1 each to 2 kiwi fruit (not very soft and sweet) 0.5 pound fresh spinach (baby spinach preferred) 5 each to 6 scallions 0.5 each green bell pepper 1 each to 2 plum tomato or 1/2 tomato, salt, to taste, lemon juice (1 whole lemon) |

| Directions: | ||
| 1. Chop the scallions, bell pepper fine. 2. Cut the kiwis and tomatos in fine cubes. 3. Mesh the avocados. 4. Mix ingredients. 5. Steam the spinach in a pan with a very little water, wait till water gets evaporated almost totaly and spinaches should get softened. 6. Add the spinach on top. 7. Again mix them by adding salt and lemon juice. |
