1 each avocado 1 each Jalapeno 0.5 each tomato (large) 2 each green onions, chopped 1 each corn tortilla cut in strips and fried until crispy 1 each large curly lettuce leaf, Oil & Vinegar, salt & pepper to taste |

| Directions: | ||
| 1. Peel and mash avocado 2. Place on the lettuce leaf 3. Circle the pile of avocado , with chopped jalapeno, chopped onion, chopped tomato. 4. In center of mashed avocado stand up the fried tortilla strips. 5. Serve with salt, pepper, oil and vinegar on side. |
