Ingredients:
3 each Avocados
1 cup pineapple cubes
1 cup grapes, cut in halve
2 each oranges, peeled and cut into pieces
0.333333 cup french dressing, Lettuce leaves, Fresh mint for garnish
Directions:
1. Cut avocados into halves lengthwise and scoop out pulp and dice.
2. Save shells.
3. Combine in a bowl avocado, pineapple, grapes, oranges and french dressing.
4. Marinate for 20 minutes.
5. Fill avocado shells with mixture and place on place on a plate on lettuce leaf.
6. Garnish with mint leaves
