Ingredients:
8 each slices bacon
0.5 cup butter
0.25 cup sugar
0.25 cup catsup
0.25 cup wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
4 each just ripe avocados, unpeeled, lemon juice
Directions:
1. Fry bacon crisp and drain; crumble bacon and set aside
2. Mix next 5 ingredients and heat to just boiling.
3. Cut avocados in half; remove seeds. Brush top and cavity of avocado with lemon juice.
4. Fill cavities with crumbled bacon.
5. Pour hot sauce over bacon filled cavity and avocado.
6. Serve immediately.
