Ingredients:
0.5 cup dry garbanzos
0.5 cup dry red or kidney beans
0.5 cup dry black beans
1 each onion
1 each green pepper
0.5 tablespoon parsley
0.333333 cup apple cider vinegar
0.333333 cup salad oil
0.333333 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
0.5 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Soak and cook in separate pans. Drain.

Stir beans and vegetables together. Add dressing.

Mix and pour over salad ingredients.
