Description: A simple, fresh twist on a taco salad.

Ingredients:
15 OZ 1 can black beans
1 cup frozen corn, thawed
15 OZ 1 can diced tomatoes, drained
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4  small onion, diced (or to taste)
1  avocado, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon parsley (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon chili powder (or to taste)
1 package tortilla chips
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (except tortilla chips), adding the avocado last. Eat it with tortilla chips, a little cheese or sour cream.
