2 package Ramen Noodles, Oriental Flavor (other flavors will work too) 1/4 cup Slivered Almonds 2 package Broccoli Cole Slaw (should come in 12-oz bags) 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds 3/4 cup Canola Oil 1/4 cup Brown or White Sugar (try splenda to lighten it up) 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar 1 package Ramen Noodle Seasoning |

| Crush the ramen noodles in the bag. Put slivered almonds and sunflower seeds in a skillet with a little bit of oil and toast, stirring occasionally (keep temperature at low/medium heat). Meanwhile, whisk together all the dressing ingredients (oil, sugar, vinegar, seasoning) in a small bowl. Place the shredded broccoli into bowl and toss with the noodles, almonds, and sunflower seeds. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat. Garnish with chopped green onions. |
