Ingredients:
1 each medium cabbage
2 tablespoons oil
2 each to 3 tablespoons vinegar, salt
Directions:
Julienne the washed cabbage. Rub it with salt until soft. Squeeze excess liquid. Mix with oil, vinegar and salt (if needed). Serve with roasts.
