1 each 4 cups cooked rice
1 each 2 green peppers, chopped
1 each 2 stalks celery
1 each 16 oz can cooked red kidney beans
1 each 4 tablespoons parsley
1 each 1/2 cup salad oil
1 each 1/2 cup vinegar
1 each 1/2 cup water
1 each 4 teaspoons paprika
1 each 4 teaspoons prepared horse radish
1 each 1 teaspoon of onion salt
1 each 1/4 teaspoon of ground red pepper
Directions:
* In a mixing bowl, stir together rice, pepper, celery, beans and parsley.Set aside.
* Combine salad oil, vinegar, water, paprika, horse radish, onion salt and red pepper.Toss together to coat.
