Ingredients:
2 each or 3 avocados
1 each medium Vadelia onion
1 can of whole kernel corn, Salt 7 pepper, Mayo
Directions:
1. Peel and cut the avocados in squares. Cut the onion in thin slices.Drain the corn. Mix all ingredients, add Mayo (about half a cup) and salt & pepper. You can add a couple of drops of lime juice to avoid the avocado to turn black. Enjoy!
