Ingredients:
2 each avocados, peeled,pitted and cubed
1 each mango, seeded, peeled anc cubed
2 cups fresh or canned pineapple chunks
11 OZ can mandarine oranges, drained
0.5 cup fat free plain yogurt
2 tablespoon Honey
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
0.5 teaspoon lime zest
2 tablespoon lime juice
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine mango,avocado,pineapple, and mandarine oranges.
2. In a small bowl, using a whisk, stir together honey, yogurt, lime juice, lime zest, and powdered sugar until combined.
3. Add this dressing to fruits in large bowl and gently fold until fruit mixture is coated.
4. Garnish with lime peel curls if desired.
