Ingredients:
3 each large ripe Fresh California avocados, peeled and cubed
3 each medium tomatoes,seeded chopped
1 cup chopped sweet red pepper
1 each small onion, chopped
1 each to 2 jalapenos peppers, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoon Minced fresh parsley
0.25 cup lime juice, torilla chips, salt to taste
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients, mix well.
2. Serve immediatly with chips.
