0.5 cup of red lettuce
0.5 cup of boston green lettuce
0.25 cup of diced granny smith apple
0.25 cup of smoked cooked turkey
0.25 cup of green onions
0.25 cup of sliced carrots
1 each boiled egg, sliced, kraft ranch dressing to taste and top with fresh black ground pepper
Directions:
1. Wash lettuce thoroughly
2. Combined all ingredients in bowl and serve
