1 pound Ready Mix Salad with iceburg lettuce, carrots, and red cabbage 2 each whole California Avocados 3 each tomatoes (medium or large) 1 can of tuna 1 cup of grated Colby Jack cheese or other preference, Italian or Ranch salad dressing, Cottage cheese on the side (optional) |

| Directions: | ||
| 1. First put the salad mixture in a large mixing bowl. 2. Take the California avocados and tomatoes and cut into small cubes on a cutting board. 3. Add the cheese, tuna, California avocados and tomatoes to the salad. 4. Mix everything together in the bowl. 5. When ready to serve add dressing and cottage cheese as a garnish. |
