2 tablespoons vinegar, salt
2 tablespoons oil
1 each medium cauliflower
Directions:
Wash the cauliflower, divide in flowerets and boil in salt water. Drain and place in salad bowl. Pour a dressing made of oil, vinegar and salt on top.
