Ingredients:
1 each medium, about 1-1/2 lbs, fennel bulb, thinly sliced
4 each medium navel oranges, peeled and sliced
0.25 cup thinly sliced red onion
0.25 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
2 teaspoon olive oil
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Directions:
Combine fennel, oranges, red onion and olives. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Toss gently and serve.
