Ingredients:
28 each oz/750 gram green beans
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons vinegar, salt
2 each minced garlic cloves (to taste), parsley
Directions:
Clean, wash and boil the beans. Drain, place in salad bowl and mix with oil, vinegar, salt and garlic to which 2-3 from the beans boiling liquid has been added. Garnish with a few sprigs of parsley.
