Ingredients:
0.5 each lbs. Romaine lettuce, chopped
4 each oz. mushrooms, sliced
2 each oz. croutons, 1/2" cube, prepared
1 cup Sunkist® Orange Caesar Dressing
0.25 cups almond slices, toasted
0.25 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
0.5 teaspoon cracked black pepper, ORANGE CAESAR DRESSING
2 tablespoon Sunkist® orange zest, chopped
0.25 cups freshly squeezed Sunkist® orange juice
1 cup Caesar dressing, prepared
16 each Sunkist® oranges slices, 1/2" thick, peeled, seeded and grilled
Directions:
Toss 4 grilled Sunkist orange slices with 6 oz. chopped romaine, 1 oz. sliced mushrooms, and ½ oz. croutons with ¼ cup Sunkist Orange Caesar Dressing.

Mound dressed salad on center of large chilled salad plate.

Place 8 grilled Sunkist orange slices around edge of plate, leaning on salad.

Garnish salad with 1 Tablespoon toasted almond slices, 1 Tablespoon grated Parmesan and sprinkle 1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper over salad and around plate.

Ready to serve.

ORANGE CAESAR DRESSING:

Stir Sunkist orange zest and Sunkist orange juice into prepared Caesar dressing.

Blend well and chill for 2 hours. Hold refrigerated until service.
