Ingredients:
2 cups torn lettuce leaves
2 each navel oranges, peeled and thinly sliced
4 each red onions, thinly sliced
1 cup peeled and julienne-sliced jicama
0.333333 cup orange juice
0.5 tsp light olive oil or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro
0.25 teaspoon chili powder
Directions:
In a large salad bowl, place torn lettuce. Cut orange slices into quarters; toss into lettuce with onion and jicama. For dressing, shake together all ingredients in a shaker jar; toss with salad.
