2 each to 3 tablespoons sour cream, salt
1 each hard boiled egg
3 each to 4 bunches of radishes
Directions:
Wash and thinly slice the radishes. Sieve the yolk and mix with sour cream; pour onto the radishes. Add thinly sliced egg white, salt and mix well.
