Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vinegar, salt, a few tomatoes
2 each to 3 tablespoons oil
12 each nice peppers
Directions:
After the peppers are roasted and have sat covered, peel and remove core and all seeds. Cut into 1 inch thick strips, place in salad bowl, add oil, vinegar an salt. Decorate with seedless tomato slices.
