1 each to 2 Fresh California Avocado(s), diced 1 each Small can pineapple tidbits, drained (reserve 1-2 Tablespoon juice) 0.333333 cup grated sharp chedder cheese or to desired amount 1 tablespoon Lemon juice |

| 1. Avocados should be firm and will dice easily. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. 2. Toss in bowl with the pineapple, cheese and juices to combine. 3. Use soon after preparation for best quality. |
