Ingredients:
1 each Millet -- cook one half cup millet until soft. Set aside to cool
1 each 1 - 2 bunches of parsley
1 each 2 bunches small scallions
1 each A handful of mint leaves
1 each 2 tomatoes
1 each Juice of one lemon
1 each 2 - 3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 each Salt to taste
Directions:
* Wash and chop vegetables finely (remove stems).
* Mix all ingredients together.
* Chill.
