Ingredients:
1 each 1 heaped tablespoon tahini
1 each 2 tablespoons water
1 each 1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 each 1 garlic clove, crushed (optional)
1 each Sea salt
1 each Black pepper
Directions:
* Put the tahini into a bowl and gradually beat in the water and lemon juice; the mixture will be lumpy at first, but will gradually get light and fluffy as you beat in the liquid.
* Add the garlic if you are using this, and some salt and pepper.
* Chopped herbs are nice in this too.
* Use as ordinary mayonnaise
