Ingredients:
1 cup italian salad dressing, (Lots of garlic)
1 each red onion, chopped
1 each lg can chickpeas
Directions:
Marinate overnight (or at least 6-8 hours).
Place in a pretty bowl - a dark colour looks best.

Can use red pepper, grn pepper, etc. instead of, or along with red onion.
