2 each handfulls of lettuce 1 each green bell pepper 2 each medium size carrots 2 each stalks of celery 0.25 each to 1/2 package of dry hummus 0.25 each head of cauliflower |

| Place shredded lettuce on a plate Dice carrots, celery, and cauliflower Mix hummus according to package directions Cut lid off of green bell pepper and clean out the inside. Combine the veggies and the hummus and stuff them into the bell pepper. If you like, pour some salad dressing over the stuffed pepper and the lettuce. My favorite salad dressing is Paula's No-Oil dressing. For this recipe I used the Lime and Cilantro. |
