Ingredients:
3 each medium tomatoes -- diced
1 each small green pepper -- diced
2 each medium cucumbers -- thinly sliced
0.333333 cup parsley -- minced
3 each green onions -- thinly sliced
0.25 cup Lemon juice
0.25 cup olive oil
0.5 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Place tomatoes, pepper, cucumber, parsley, and green onion in a salad bowl.

Beat together lemon juice, olive oil, and salt.

Pour over vegetables; toss, and serve.
