Ingredients:
1 each 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
1 each 1 cup plain soy milk
1 each 1 tablespoon. white vinegar
1 each 2 tablespoon. finely chopped green onions
1 each 1/4 tablespoon. onion powder
1 each 2 tablespoon. minced parsley
1 each 1 garlic clove, finely minced
1 each 1/4 tablespoon. paprika
1 each 1/8 tablespoon. cayenne
1 each 1/4 tablespoon. salt
1 each 1/4 tablespoon. black pepper
Directions:
* Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
* Shake well to blend.
* Makes 2 cups.
* Best if chilled several hours or overnight.
* I keep meaning to try it and just never get around to it.
