Ingredients:
0.5 each a Med. size head of green cabbage
2 each tomatoes diced
2 each California avocados diced 1/2 " chunks
4 each to 8 thin slices of fresh jalepeno diced
1 each to 2 sprigs cilantro chopped (optional)
0.5 each whole juice of 1 lemon, salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Slice cabbage finely ( like coleslaw )
2. Chop tomato, avocado, jalepeno, and cilantro
3. Add all of these to a large bowl and squirt lemon juice on the mixture
4. Add salt and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly
5. Best if eaten immediately
