Ingredients:
1/2 cup Sherry
2/3 cup Hoisin Sauce
2/3 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Sugar
4 clove Garlic
2 teaspoons Black Bean Paste
1 teaspoon Chinese 5 Spice Powder
1/2 teaspoon Chinese 5 Spice Powder
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in double boiler.

Simmer 10 minutes until it begins to thicken.

Cool and store in refrigerator.
