Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
3/4 cup heavy cream or whole milk
1/3 cup parmeasan cheese
1 pinch lemon juice
Directions:
In a large saucepan, melt butter and saute garlic over medium heat for 1 minute or until tender. remove from heat and stir in flour. Blend until smooth. Return to heat and gradually add in cream/milk. Stir in cheese and add the pinch of lemon juice. Heat until thickened and smooth
