1 pound ground beef 1 cup instant potato flakes 1/2 cup grated cheese 1 seasoning to taster |

| Directions: | ||
| 1.Mix thoroughly together all ingredients 2.roll into balls about 1 1/2 inches thick or size to preference 3.in non stick pan saute on high to brown 4.lower heat to low, cover, let cook through ~15mts 5.or drop in favourite spaghetti sauce, browned or raw and cook for 1/2 hour |
