1/2 cup cold water 1/2 cup gluten free soy sauce 1/3 cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon minced garlic 2 tablespoon corn starch |

| In a small saucepan, mix water, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic and cornstarch together with a wire whisk. Stir constantly over medium-high heat until thick and bubbly. |
