Description: Sweet & smokey barbecue sauce with a hint of seedless red raspberry and a spicy kick

Ingredients:
5 cups Ketchup
1 1/2 cups Habanero or Cayenne Hot Sauce
18 ounces Seedles Red Raspberry Jam or Spread
1 cup Apple Cider Vineagar
1 1/2 cups Pure Blackstrap Mollasses
1/2 cup Liquid Smoke
1 cup Light Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Montreal Steak Seasoning( or Rib Rub )
30 ounces Contadina Thick & Zesty Tomato Sauce
1/2 cup Burgandy Cooking Wine
1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
2 teaspoons Lemon Pepper
Directions:
mix all ingredients in a non-stick stockpot ( 1 gal min )
stir while simmering over medium heat until smooth
