| Put first three ingredients into small saucepan. Whisk in water over high heat, stirring frequently. Heat until it begins to bubble. Allow to bubble about one minute, or until it thickens. Remove from heat. Whisk in chiles and Tabasco. Great with chips! (I always eat it with Baked Tostitos--pure heaven.) |
