Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
Directions:
In medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute. Whisk in milk and cook until thickened, 3-4 minutes. Add provolone and using a wooden spoon, stirn in a figure-eight motion until combined. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve with Knife and Fork Burgers (recipe).
