Ingredients:
0.25 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 each clove garlic -- crushed
1 each sprig fresh parsley -- minced
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary -- minced
0.5 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except for olive oil in a bowl.
Slowly whisk in olive oil.

Makes 3/4 cup.

Serve on roasted vegetables, sandwiches, salads, etc.
