Time: 25 min (5 min to prepare, 20 min to cook)

Ingredients:
2 each parts 1/4 cup TVP
1 each part 1/8 cup Fennel, before crushed
Directions:
Place Fennel in morter...crush w/ pestle...mix crushed Fennel w/ TVP in bowl...add just enough warm water to cover it...let sit 15 minutes.

Stir into favorite pasta sauce in sauce pan.
Cook for 3-5 minutes.

Variation: 1/2 t (per person) Crushed Red Pepper...mix into pasta sauce before adding "Sausage".
(I like SPICY/HOT food so I add 1 teaspoon when I'm making it for myself)
