Description: Original recipe was chicken parm but this is awesome with fish.
Time: 30 min (10 min to prepare, 20 min to cook)

Ingredients:
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 clove garlic
1/3 cup red wine
1 can 28 oz. chopped tomatoes
Directions:
1. In same skillet you cooked chicken/fish, cook the garlic over medium heat in the olive oil about 1 minute.
2. Add the wine, bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute.
3. Stir in the tomatoes and simmer until thickened, 8-10 minutes.
4. Return chicken/fish and any juices to the skillet, turning to coat, until heated through.
