Directions:
Place the basil, cashews, and garlic in a food processor.Process until smooth.
Add the tofu and cheese, if desired, and process until smooth and creamy.

Directions:
Combine cranberry juice concentrate and sugar in heavy medium saucepan.Bring to boil over high heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Add fresh and dried cranberries and cook until dried berries begin to soften and fresh berries begin to pop, stirring often, about 7 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in orange marmalade, orange juice, orange peel and allspice.
Cool completely.

Combine all ingredients EXCEPT OIL in the bowl of a food processor.Process until semi-smooth.
With processor running, add oil in a continuous stream.

Saute the garlic and onion till the onion is soft.Add bell peppers, cook till soft.
Add spices.
