Ingredients:
2 each medium acorn squash
2 each Sunkist® oranges , peeled, sectioned
3 tablespoon margarine or butter
3 tablespoon maple syrup
0.25 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg, to taste salt and pepper
Directions:
Pierce squash with fork in several places.

Bake in 375 degree F oven for 1 to 1-1/2 hours, or until easy to

Cut squash in half lengthwise; remove seeds.

Place in baking dish, cut-side up.

Place orange sections in hollow of squash.

Drizzle with melted butter and syrup.

Grate nutmeg over each squash half, season with salt and pepper.
