1 large Pepperidge Farms stuffing mix (bread) 1 lb Hot sausage 1/2 cup celery - sliced thiin 1 large onion - chopped 1 small can mushrooms 3 hard boiled eggs - chopped |

| Brown sausage and drain. Saute celery and onion in butter. Prepare stuffing according to package. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 until heated through (about 20 minutes). |
