Ingredients:
1 each small head cabbage, chopped
0.5 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup rasins
0.333333 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
Heat ingredients over medium - high heat in coverd pan or skillet. Stir occassionally for about 12 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
