25 each gram margarine 1 each medium onion; chopped 1 each clove garlic; crushed 6 each juniper berries; crushed 450 each gram cabbage; shredded |

| Directions: | ||
| Melt the butter in a large saucepan. Add the onion, garlic and juniper berries and lightly cook for 5 minutes, until the onion is soft. Add the cabbage and stir until well coated with butter. Cover and cook the cabbage in its own juices for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. The cabbage should be slightly crunchy and not soft. Serve hot. |
