1 each medium head cabbage, chopped 0.25 cup smooth tahini 2 tablespoon brown rice miso 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, salt to taste |

| Directions: | ||
| Steam (or boil) cabbage until tender, about 8 - 10 minutes. (Longer if it is tough, old cabbage) Combine tahini, miso and blk pepper. When cabbage is done, reserve 1/4 cup of the cooking liquid and add to the tahini mixture and whisk together until smooth. Transfer cabbage to serving bowl, cover with sauce combine well. Add salt if it is a little flat. |
