Time: 10 min (5 min to prepare, 5 min to cook)

Ingredients:
0.5 cups fat free cookie crumbs or fat free graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons apple juice concentrate
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Make crumbs by processing in a blender or food processor.
Combine crumbs and concentrate.
Mix well.
Press into bottom and sides of a 9 inch non-stick pie pan.
Bake for 5 minutes.
Cool before filling.
If using with a no bake filling, chill and serve.
If baking, bake as directed.
Notes:
Other sweeteners may also be used.
